Fort Smith "Brings Home" the new U.S. Marshals Service Museum Jan. 5, 2007

Many – but by no means all – of the people who worked to bring the U.S. Marshal Service Museum
to Fort Smith celebrated at the dais after the announcement that Fort Smith has been chosen as its site.
Represented are re-enactors, educators, City of Fort Smith officials, media, Chamber of Commerce officials,
fund-raisers, representatives of the Arkansas congressional delegation, real estate developers, business people
and U.S. Deputy Marshal Dick O'Connell and other U.S. Marshal Service officers.
